Okay, folks - here's the deal. Donovan will be graduating in either May or December of next year. We're not exactly sure which yet, but on the chance that it's May, I'm firing up his blog. As you can see, there are some previous posts that I made just to document events, but I haven't made the blog public before now. For the benefit of your advance planning, mark your calendars for the first Friday in May and the third Thursday in December.
In case you had not heard, Donovan, representing the United Black Students (UBS), was crowned UM Homecoming King (!!!) a couple of weeks ago. Samantha and I had the pleasure of traveling to Coral Gables to support the King and observe the festivities - Donovan riding in the homecoming parade and being recognized on the field at the homecoming game. It was surreal to say the least. Of course, you know I took plenty of pics and vids - here are the links:
